Our figures

Every price on this site is checked before it goes up, and shown as a range: the lowest to the highest that homeowners in Ireland usually pay. County figures come from the CSO's Census 2022, the EPA's radon results and Met Éireann's rainfall records. Rules come from the Building Regulations, the Planning and Development Act 2000 and the councils' own plans.

We don't publish reviews, ratings or response times, and we don't show photos of jobs as ours.
